Safety
If an intimate image or video of you is on a Crowded Kingdoms service and you didn't consent to it being shared, you can ask us to remove it. This includes images that were faked or made with AI to look like you.
You don't need an account with us, or with the game or world where you saw it.
Email abuse@crowdedkingdoms.com with Intimate image in the subject line. Your request needs four things:
Please don't attach the image. Tell us where it is, and we find it.
You can ask on behalf of someone else if they've authorized you to act for them. Say so, and give their details and yours.
If something is missing from your request, we may ask you for it. The 48 hours start when we have it.
Live voice, video and chat are relayed between players as they happen. A game can keep a short recording for safety, for up to 7 days. Other players can't see it, and it's deleted when the 7 days end unless the law requires us to keep it. If the image was shown live, we can block the account that showed it.
If the image is in a build, we remove it from the world. If it's in an avatar, a project, or data a game keeps on our servers, we block the account, so it can't sign in or show anything new, and we work with the game's developer to delete it.
Many worlds on Crowded Kingdoms are run by their own operators, on their own servers. If the image is stored on an operator's server rather than on ours, we may forward your request to that operator, and we can act on the account through our service.
Tell us in your request. An image of anyone under 18 is treated as child sexual abuse material, and we handle it first. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires. We take it out of view and keep what the law requires us to keep.
Please don't send us the image. Sending or forwarding it can itself be a crime, even when you're trying to help.
If you're under 18 and worried an image of you could be shared, NCMEC's free Take It Down service can help stop it being posted on participating sites, without you sending the image to anyone. You can also report to NCMEC's CyberTipline or call 1-800-843-5678.
StopNCII.org helps adults stop intimate images being shared on participating sites. It works from a digital fingerprint made on your own device, so the image itself isn't uploaded.
If someone is in danger now, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
If something you shared was removed under this page and you believe that was a mistake, email abuse@crowdedkingdoms.com and tell us why.
